The City of St. Charles is planning to extend Fairgrounds Road from First Capitol Drive to Boone’s Lick Road. Phase I of this project was the realignment of the intersection of West Clay and First Capitol and addition of two left turn lanes. Phase II is the building of the extension of Fairgrounds Road from First Capitol Drive to Boone’s Lick Road.
